Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (BSRTC), in an effort to promote women empowerment and provide convenient and safe transport services, invites applications for the recruitment of female drivers and conductors in important cities of the state such as Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Purnia, Gaya, and Darbhanga.

Applications are invited from interested candidates, based on which the final selection will be done through empaneled external agencies.

Eligibility:

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass.
• Must have a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license or be eligible for obtaining one.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in driving medium or heavy vehicles.
• Should be physically healthy and fit.

Other Conditions and Benefits:

• Wages as per norms set by the Labour and Employment Department.
• Training facilities for selected candidates.
• Payment as per the prescribed honorarium for practical training.
• Safe and supportive work environment for women.
